Mr Price Refuses to provide a refund - Bad att

I received a gift around the Christmas season . Shoes are too small, dress was worn once and the stitching is coming loose.<br> <br> I visited the shop , i wanted a refund as this is not the first time i have a bad experience with Mr Price. Cashier refused to give me a refund because i didn't have a slip (Unable to get one). Insisting that i either change the goods or get a voucher of the value. I do not want a voucher / to exchange the goods because of continuous bad quality.<br> <br> I was willing to change the shoes until i was given an attitude.<br> <br> I am unable to get a slip and i just want my money back please!<br> <br> I am not willing to exchange goods for bad quality , one wear and stitches are out ?<br> <br> I just want a cash refund thats it.<br> <br> Thank You <br> <br>
