Mr price refuses to exchange without receipt even shoes is in good condition and has price tag

I'm not happy at all with mr price no slip no exchange policy its acutally ridiculous I'm stuck with shoes I dont want because mr price to exchange without slip im not requesting a refund I just want to exchange the shoes are still in good condition with price tag cause I've never worn them its frustrating yal are forcing us to keep things we don't want I DONT WANT THESE SHOES
