Mr. Price refuses to close my account and continues charging

Hello I paid my account in full and sent an email to cancel my account on the 30th of April 2018. But now I am still being charged for month admin fee and card protection fee of R16.50, the Mr Price website is useless for any information how to close the account. I have sent various emails afterwards, can't cancel these products online. I do not wish to speak to someone over the telephone as I want proof in black on white that my account has been closed. Please can someone help me close this account as I do not want it anymore, and I will not make the mistake of opening a account with Mr Price again, its easy to open, 1,2,3 done, but when it comes to closing it , the constant eagerness of Mr price that came with opening the account disappeared completely. I want this closed immediately and refuse to pay the charged on my account afterward. i still have proof of emails sent to Mr. Price as well as acknowledgment of receipt of my emails from them.
