Mr Price refuse to close account

On the 07-04-2022 I went to their Kolonade Branch to pay account in full and demanded that I want this account closed and till this day they refuse to close my account and still billing me on their monthly card fee and protection fee. After all the complaints from me they still refuse to close my account. Mr. Price is a thieving company that refuses to comply to the law when I wanted this account closed and I don't want to do any business with a ******* thieving company like theirs ever again in my life... and all I wanted was to close the account I had with them and still no luck at all...at the end of the day they are ******* who stole from me and still billing me on account card fee and protection fee that was supposed to be closed by now....

I want this account closed your accounts department is useless and just wasting my time over the phone. How difficult can it be to close an account!!!! Your company is breaking a lot of laws by not doing what was told on day one when I asked to close this account...and by charging me for your incompetence's is unacceptable after all the complaints from me....I want this account closed before the end of this day...end of conversation...
