Mr. Price refunds non-existent

I ordered clothing online as part of the Black Friday specials, and paid for my order using a card. When my order was submitted, it suddenly returned as cancelled. I emailed Mr. Price and was informed by Nomalanga that my order had an error and that my money would be refunded within 5 - 7 working days on 3 December 2020. Now, my emails have not been returned and I have not been contacted as I am STILL waiting for my money.

When I call the call centre, you wait more than 30 minutes on the line and then your call is cut.

This is extremely bad service.
