!!!MR PRICE REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!!!!

Hi i am Khanyisile Ngwevu. On the 18 July 2021 i placed an order on the store's app, paid and got order number. Due to the unrest happening inDurban and Joburg but since then nothing was communicated until i tried call their call centre which you will never get any chance to speak to an operator. I also tried their whatsapp where i found out they say the order number is invalid. I sent out all the suppoeting document but still today is the second day waiting for any form of communication but my means go in vain.
