Mr Price Refund Division NO COMMUNICATION

I closed my account with Mr Price more than a year ago, this month I accidently paid them instead of another business.

I sent an email to their help division whereafter they responded to my email and gave me the refund divisions email address - since then I have sent them several emails and just not getting any response.

They were always very quick to ask for their installments and now that I am asking for a refund which was accidently paid to them, I am not getting anywhere.
