Mr price reapoff

I can only recommend Mr Price only if you buy cash, otherwise if you have their account they will just reap you off , even when you skip by just a month their interests are skyrocket high ,and when you do pay ,the credit just won't go down and worst part is they keep on going high even when you have paid ,only to find out my payments does not reflect on their system,whose fault is that ? I'm stuck with high interests while I made payments, you make a purchase of R500 and end up paying R2000 of interest because their system didn't capture your payment,I don't even want to mention the 6am calls
