Mr price puts me on budget Plan without my knowledge

I went to MR PRICE in Brooklyn on the 02/06/2017 to pay for my account .I payed with my credit card the amount of R3500 so what happened is that who ever the cashier whom helped me ,Put me on a budget Plan instead of taking the money straight without my knowledge. I wasn't aware all along that I was on budget Plan until I saw with my credit card statement that iam paying something that I was not aware of.Now when I Go to MR PRICE in Brooklyn the same store that did this for them to refund me or deal with this somehow.,First the manager was trying to call the head office where he didn't get help he was told to call back because whoever can assist they in a meeting. I was told to come back after I waited for almost 45 minutes

I went back and I was told that Mr price can not do anything I have to deal with the cashier that helped me .I mean I can't even remember that. Please if you can help me do ...Cause I lost more than 4700 if I calculate the money.
