MR Price Poorest service in SA!

Mr Price has delivered my order to a wrong address to no fault of my own. They gave me a case nr eventually ***. Then I had to follow up all the time to see how far we are in process. After almost 3 weeks of ordering, still no answers and no prioritizing of my order and I still have to follow up all the time. Very poor service from their side and it was a gift for a child that I've ordered. Never again support Mr Price online!!! Poorest service in SA!
