Mr price poor service and incompetency

I am very displeased with Mr price, I made a purchase online ordered shoes the CHUNKY LOAFERS for R199 (‪***‬)and went collect my order on Thursday only to find the wrong shoe has been packaged with rest of my order Firstly the shoe is R189, 99 and the Item number is ‪***‬.

I can see how one can make this mistake but now this mistake is now costing me money and time, I went to one of your stores yesterday at Mall@55 and when I tried to exchange the shoes I couldn't get help because the item number(SKU) on the invoice that came with the order is for the shoe that I bought and didn't get so the store manager said he couldn't help me.

I ended buying the shoe that I initially bought and didn't get and now sitting with a pair of shoe that I didn't buy and don't want. I called client care as advised by the store assistant, and they said I must send my address so they can arrange to collect the shoe. That was a week ago, I never heard from them again. When I called again to follow up, they placed my call on hold for 17 minutes till I decided to terminate the call.
