Mr Price Poor Quality Poor Service

I bought a black Chino 3 months back and within a month it had a tear at the back and I couldn't return it because I had lost my receipt.

Now, thinking that it was just a once off thing and not that the garment was faulty I bought another chino a month ago and kept the receipt and now the new one has the same tear as the old one, At the same Spot.

I went to complain and ask for an exchange at the nearest shop and they refused and said that I have already worn the trouser and they can't assist me.

Doesn't the quality of the garment have to last me at least 6 months? Now I am stuck with 2 trousers that I cannot wear.

Mr Price has lost a valuable customer in me and my family. Poor service. Poor quality
