Mr price poor management

Not happy at all. My significant other has credit with mr price an so he signed up for a data plan over 2 years ago.. +- 8 months ago they called to ask if the contract should be renewed or should they cancel. He asked that it be canceled. Never the less the bumped it from R70 to R100 a month without notice and we are still paying something we are not using and specifically asked to cancel.. We have phoned to ask why we still get the bill but told us we should go to mr price shop.. We went and they saif no we have to phone?? And still we get billed R100 for something we aren't using and asked it to be canceled.. Very very disappointed
