Mr Price poor customer service.

I had the worst customer service at Mr Price kids in Chrishani Mall at Vosloorus on 30/10/2025 at 14:00, i couldn't get cashier's name as the cashier had no nametag. I stood on the wrong side of the que with some other lady yet there was one cashier serving 1 customer for more than 10minutes and we had to wait for her, then the 2 customers came and queued on the other side when that cashier was done with customer she called the next customer from the other que, then immediately another cashier by the name of Zinhle came out and told us we standing on the wrong side of the que but we have been waiting for long then the other cashier couldn't bother to tell us that we are in the wrong que she just called the ones that came after us and continued to help them, then i asked them why didn't this lady tell us that we queuing on the wrong side then the cashier kept quiet the others started apologizing on her behalf, but she did not apologies i felt like I'm a stupid customer to her, it was very disappointing to receive a very bad customer service like that and with no name tag on frontline and no decency to apologies for herself.
