Mr Price Poor Customer Service

Somebody purchased joggers @ Mr Price in Richmond Plaza on the 12th,I received an online receipt, I've been trying to query that as im not sure who is the person using my email address.their customer centre drops me all the time the online receipt doesn't have the store number. But I do have a store managers name,today this person returns the items I called again no sound assistance 😒
