Mr. Price - Policies reimbur*****t

Good day,

I have sent numerous e-mails, numerous social media messages , visited your store and still this is not sorted out. Mr. Price keeps deducting money from my Mr. Price account for policies that i requested to be cancelled more than 3 months ago. I want this policies money to be reimbursed to my account as soon as possible.

Each month my account go into a negative amount because of this policy getting added to my account.

Please rectify this with immediate effect!
