Mr Price Pier 14 advertise low price but I must pay normal price at till.

I went to buy a cell a Mr Price Pier14 Gqaberga. The phone advertise for R1300 but when i got to the till i end up paying R1800. How can you advertise one price and than at the till its a higher price. Poor of Mr price i will never buy from them again.
