Mr Price Phone Useless

I am so disappointed. i have been trying to call Mr Price clothing in Sandton City the whole day and their landline just rings. i want to confirm if the item i want is available instead of going to the store and not finding it. You can tell that someone is there to pick up because it becomes engaged at other time :(

Why have a landline when It doesn't serve it's purpose?????/
