Mr price pathetic service

Hi on the 24 th of April I received a msg on hellopeter from the Mr price group tht thy will sort the matter out regarding ******* purchasing on my Mr price account.Up until now I haven't received a phone call from them after going numerous times to the store, virtual chats, phone calls and sending emails.Im still waiting on a response.This matter took place already in March, I've blocked my account and made so far 2 payments on this account...Your service is pathetic
