Mr Price pathetic customer service

On 4 June I placed an order online, the order was somehow cancelled but the payment of R1074 was Paid from my account. A month later i have still not been refunded. I have spent hours on the phone with the call centre, who placed me on hold for 20min whilst having personal conversations on their phone which i could hear as she unknowingly unmuted herself. I ahve asked for a manager to call me and 4 weeks later i am still waiting. They sent me a voucher which i do not want as i do not want to purchase from this store again. This is pathetic customer service and i am in so appalled that i am being inconvenienced for their mistake. I have to now publish this on social media as this is breach of the consumer protection act. I have exhausted all patience with this company. Mr Price you have now lost a once very loyal customer.
