Mr Price Pathetic Clueless service

<p>I was at Mr Price The Glen the purchase some items and when they did my transaction (apparently on their stand alone POS machine) it didn't go through on their side but however it went through on my side as I received an SMS notification from my bank. I was then told that my money would be refunded in 48 hours and that if it doesn't I would need to go to my bank, get my statement and go back to the store. I found this to beof an inconvenience and demanded to talk to the store manager who the assistant manager decide to call on his personal phone. I then asked the store manager to have his assistant put what they were telling me into writing and he refused and told me to take his word. The service given was horrible and the assistant manager at the shop was very rude. It over an hour for us to get to a conclusion. I would STRONGLY not recommend anyone to shop at The Glen branch especially if you will be using a bank card to transact since they turned my problem into theirs. The people assisting were Ntsiki, Nelson (Assistant Manager) and Lebo.</p>
