MR PRICE PATHETIC!!!!!!

I have had numerous threats via sms and phone calls from Mr Price threatening me a about my account. This being said, the last statement I received was in MARCH 2021!!!!! I had to complain first on one of their phone calls, then had to email and I told them, it is very simple, if I do not receive a statement, I will simply not pay, because it is THEIR responsibility to send me my statement (but I still paid, without even knowing what I owe). They eventually send me a statement in August, with an monthly amount, now I have STILL NOT received statements YET AGAIN, they are now sending threatening sms's with an amount even higher than my statement in August, and I have not even purchased anything!??????? I told last week the lady over the phone the situation and she said she would escalate the matter, the only thing that escalated was their number of threatening sms's I receive. They do not even calculate your installments as per agreement, which is 12 months, they charge me WHATEVER MR PRICE FEELS LIKE!!!!! I am disgusted by this service, and this is dishonest bullying!!
