MR Price pathetic at refunding

MR Price service is Pathetic. I made an online purchase on the 25th April. My total order amounted to R734.93, A discount of R249 was provided, and my total then dropped to R485.04, however when i paid this via my online banking, however instead of taking the R485.04 Mr Price decides to take out R734.93. A supervisor by the name of Regan advised me that there was a mistake and my order was then cancelled. Until today i am waiting for my refund. when i call the call centre guys give me different stories, when i called on the 04/05/2018 i was advised that a refund for R734.93 was sent through, today on the 07/05/2018 when i called a guy named Thabang makes me hold on for minutes on end, just to tell me only R485.04 was sent for refund. You guys are robbing people and make no attempt to resolve this. I am told i need to send proof that you guys ****** me even after i was advised by your managers that you are aware of you mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
