Mr Price Parcel Not Received

I placed an order on the 03/02/2022, up until now I have still not received my order!. I have called and got no help. I even sent a whatsapp but kept getting the run around. on the 05/04 i was busy with customer care and was dealing wit Phumelelo who told me a query was sent and she will send another one again to the courier company because they have the parcel. On the 11/04 again i spoke to customer care on whatsapp and was dealing with Nomah this time. I again said I have not received my parcel. She then told me store deliveries take 7 days. I had been waiting for over 2 months by then! She took my number and said she will be in contact with me but up until now nothing, It is now 3 months and I have not received my order. I have tried to cancel the order but they refuse because it was already sent out. No one is holding the courier company accountable. I have laid a complaint with hellopeter before about this and was told Mr Price would get in contact with me., Up until now no one has bothered. I must keep following up. If Mr Price doesnt even care about a bad review on hellopeter then clearly they dont care about their customers!!!!!!!!!
