Mr Price owes me money

I made an online purchase. At first thought the payment did not go through so I tried again. When I checked my bank balance, the purchase went through twice. According to Absa, mr Price did receive the money. I did not receive any items. I did phone customer care and they said the problem would be sorted out amd my money (R388) back in my account asap. Still waiting.
