Mr Price Online's Disgusting Service

Let me share my disgusting experience regarding Mr Price online.

I order my dress on the 27.10.2020 and they took their. The delivery sla to the store is 5-7 working days, which after escalating it as i realised by the the 10th i was still without an order and no notification. I watsapped them. To be told there was an issue regarding the order and someone will contact me to check if it's an error on my side or their. Which nobody contacted me and their updated my status to order in progress. I then watsapped them again to check whose fault it was and their told me it's on their side, I requested a manager call back i was told 24-48 hours which till this day nobody bothered. Today I'm told its ready at the store and i will be refunded 5rand shipping. Seriously after this long.

All i can say Mr Price is one disgusting company with no professionalism.
