MR Price Online USELESS

I ordered 2 packages on the 7/12/2021. Ons Wednesday day 9/12/2021 I phoned them after 1 hour on the phone I received a message only one package is shipped. I went into the app to see if I can see the other one. The other one said shipped but couldn't track it. I leave it because they said it will be delivered by the 15th (5-7 days) today is the 14th and didn't received anythine. I decided to phone them after 1 hour attempts they didn't answer. I phoned the accounts department they answered and put me through to the online department. They tracked my order and said its at the courier place now not being shipped yet. If I knew its going to take so much time I wouldn't order it. We are leaving the 17th and I need the items for Christmas before then. I'm very disappointed. Will never recommend someone ordering at Mr Price
