MR price online useless

I am absolutely disgusted by the service/ lack of service I am getting from Mr price Online. I purchased almost R1000 worth of clothes from the app and paid for it on 12 September. They haven't processed my order, i have phoned 4 times, I keep getting told that my order has been escalated to back room. When I ask if I can talk to back room they say no and they also tell me they cant help me further, i must just wait. I have asked for the delivery address to be changed and they say no, I ask for a refund they say only Back room can authorise that, I then ask to talk to them for it to be processed and they say they are not allowed to. They don't seem to be interested in giving me my clothes or my money. I am furious to say the least.
