Mr Price Online Sucks!!!

on 05/12/2015 I purchased 2 items on mr price online, everything was going smoothly and I used a mr price voucher as well as my debit card to pay for these items. I received an sms stating the money went out of my account and that is on reserve. mr price online claimed something went wrong on my purchase and that I had to call customer services. I Immediately called them and the lady told me there is nothing they can do, I must wait until Monday for it to get sorted, the money is just hanging and I cannot get it back. I was really disappointed when receiving this news. I will never buy online again. no I have lost R150 voucher and R284.98 from my debit card. this is really bad service, I want my money back now!!!
