Mr Price online store... Don't bother!

Placed order online. Order was supposed to be ready for collection almost a week ago. Now whenever I phone the customer care line, I simply get cut off. When sending an email, I get told "your order will probably be ready for collection today"

Can someone at Mr Price explain to me what's going on??
