MR PRICE Online shopping total disaster

<p>Ok so i bought from MR Price online before and knew there online service delivery is pretty bad, but on the 11th June 2017 I made an online purchase for 3 items. Bought it and it was deducted from my account. Took store delivery which supposed to be 'EXPRESS' delivery. Honestly there is nothing fast about this delivery or any of the others they have. It says 2 - 3 days for delivery. Today 15th June I get no response about my package. I mailed them to find out when ill get it cause this is for my wifes birthday today.</p> <p> </p> <p>I get a response saying they have good and bad news. Good news the items are ready for delivery. Bad news is that they dont have the one item in stock anymore. Keep in mind I PAID for the item already and it showed in stock so why now of all times its not in stock?</p> <p>They said i can ask for a credit on the item which i did. Then i asked about the rest of the items. can i get them today. They tell me no. Only next week. So seriously... how bad is this service? This to me is unacceptible and should have been communicated to me long ago about the item not being available. I had to find out for myself.</p> <p>I have now requested a FULL refund on my whole order. So what response did i get with this? Literally no response. I dont get angry and annoyed easily but today of all days they seriously making me boil. Please get me my full refund asap and PLEASE LOOK AT DOING SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR ONLINE SERVICE. Its pure hell.</p> <p> </p> <p>Places like Zando, Superbalist and Spree's delivery is top class. So you should know your competition.</p>
