Mr Price Online shopping SUCKS

Mr Price online shopping via the app is pathetic. They are aware of numerous complaints about problems with the app payments if you loose service. They take your money and you have to literally almost give a blood sample to proof that you have paid it. Again they know they have a problem but they make the problems the clients fault. Money out of my account and I can't receive my order until they have "FOUND" my payment. I will never ever buy from them again. The stuff that I ordered was for a gift which clearly will take forever to get delivered I assume because they can't even confirm payment in 24hours. Their online customer service call line sucks and every single consultant gives you the same story but nobody really tries to help you because it is clearly not their problem and not their money that was taken. Email after email, call after call and they need to confirm payment with finance.... How long is that gonna take I ask?????????????????
