Mr price online shopping service

On the 4 of March I purchased 2 items online and paid through my Banking App and after the transaction went through it was confirmed on the purchasing website that it will be delivered on the 9th of March which was Yesterday..

First what surprised me was the fact that the was no receipt sent to me as a customer to have some proof that i bought something , however I waited till Thursday afternoon thats where i started panicking and tried to contact Mr Price customer care to find out about my order lucky i screenshot the order number so i gave the lady that was assisting on the line the order number and she said my parcel just collected at the store but nothing was communicate to me about anything until I contacted them my self and she said that how Mr Price operates unfortunately for me..i find that so disrespectful as I’m the customer have a right to know everything about my order specially if it delaying, however i hanged up as she said it will be delivered..

I got an email from fastway courier with Mr Price included in that email informing that the parcel has left the store (East London Hemingways) same day, the email had a leak to track my parcel but I couldn’t track my parcel as the leak was open to give more information.. Till Today I haven’t received my parcel and theres no communication as how far is my parcel.. i feel like I’m being ****med.

So disappointed!!!
