POOR POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I have never had such a bad experience with a online shop in my life!! I ordered shoes online on Tuesday 29 November at 8 am. I paid for express door to door delivery which is suppose to be 3-5 days. On day 3 my order has not even been processed yet nor been shipped. I paid for fast delivery since I needed the shoes for a wedding I am attending this Saturday. I tried to chat to an agent. She confirmed my order was not been processed or shipped. And that this order will not be on time and might take 5-7 days. I asked her if I can not get a refund. She says refund takes 3-5 days. I said but 3-5 days will still not give my money back in time for me to buy shoes for the wedding. So I asked if she could rather arrange that I collect a pair from my local Mr price. i know they have in stock or give me a voucher so I can quickly go buy it before the weekend. She does not answer my question. I ask again she replies is there anything else she can help me with? I said yes please answer my question. I ask her again. She says its not possible. I ask her to please give me reference for the chat. She says I can just use her name Precious. I said well can I have your surname then. She said no just her name is fine she is the only precious. So here I am. Paid for a express service which I can not get. This is suppose to be convenient but trust me its better to rather get a queue on black friday in the shop then trying to order online with "EXPRESS" door to door delivery. If you want to het your stuff maybe in 2 weeks the order online. My advise is do not shop online at all. The service is awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
