MR PRICE ONLINE SHOPPING MUST FALL

I placed a online order on the 26 October 2019 i paid for express delivery if i didnt follow up i would not have known that my parcel is still in Durban, the people working at the call centre is so unhelpfull the people managing their facebook account no help either they are the worst place to do online shopping with they cant stick to their time so your word means nothing Mr Price i will go to alll platforms with this complain cause i paid for a service i did not get and now have to go on my holiday with old clothes your service is horrible
