MR PRICE ONLINE SHOPPING IS A ****!!!

<p>First and formost, the "new" website is *******!! Four whole days, 2 different phones and loads of data later, I managed to order the 2 items I was trying to order. And believe me, it is NOT network issues. That exorbitant fee you charge for door to door delivery in 1 - 3 days is also ******* because it takes longer than 3 days to get to my door, and the courier company you use is useless! They expect you to call them! I know this from past experience, but I cant not order online because whats online isn't in the store (another mess). THEN I realize that your already inflated prices, dont even include VAT!!!!! I bought a pair of shoes TODAY for my mom from one of your stores that cost R180 (R179.99), I wanted a pair but they didnt have my size. So I order the exact same pair for the exact same price TODAY, online, for myself and Im still being charged VAT over and above the R180 (R179.99). What kind of ******* is this??? By the time a person checks out and readies to pay, my shopping cart is already up by an unexpected R150 because of VAT I assumed is included in the price. This is not online shopping, its a ****! Get it together!!</p>
