MR Price online shopping is a **** : period

MR Price online shopping is a ****, I wish I checked the reviews before ordering. It has been a month and 4 days I ordered and still haven't received my order. Every time I complain on Facebook their best answer is we will check with the courier company and they never get back to me. I've send multiple emails but they never reply, even worse they say I can't cancel my order and get my money back when I call them. What kind of service doesn't allow one to cancel their order if I am not satisfied with their service, worst part the mistake is on their side. Mr Price you need to cancel your online store, it's ******* and your rude customer service workers that don't know how to respond to emails and are rude on the phone.
