MR PRICE ONLINE SHOPPING IS A *****

Whoever thinks it will be easier to shop through Mr Price online, I suggest you think 100 times before you do that. I placed an order on the 30th August 2018 and paid for Store express that is supposed to be 1-3 working days. My order was shipped on Monday and when I went online to track the delivery it showed I hadn't even placed any orders. So I just paid for ****ol? Did I imagine I placed an order and transferred the money? When I phone the customer service they say everything is sorted and they definitely received my order and that it was out for delivery YESTERDAY. Mind you it is now the 5th Working day and when I just called the store the assistant manager claims they just got a delivery and my order is not there. So what the **** am I paying for store express for if my **** get sent *** late anyway????? I want my money back and not one of those *** MR Price vouchers that they give you so that they can still make money out of you. ****ing *******.
