MR PRICE ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE, A TOTAL FLOP.

I've been shopping online at Mr Price for the last two years and had no problems whatsoever. Infact, I had pleasant experiences till recently. This week I received two online deliveries from them. With the first order I was told one of my items was sold out just before receiving it, and they would redeem me with an online voucher worth the value of the item, still waiting for it. The second experience, today, a few minutes ago... I got 2 different sizes for shoes I ordered a size 4 - leftside and 6 -rightside, like I understand they work under tremendous pressure I'm sure with all the orders they receive constantly (human error), but still it has left a bad taste in my mouth in terms of the shopping experience itself. I'm not sure I'll be doing any online shopping with them soon, its safer for me to visit the store... Clearly!
