Mr price online shopping

I'm actually disgusted till today, I ordered a gift for a friend last year online from Mr price still haven't received my order. I called the online till today and my issue hasn't been resolved I've been to Mr home in Rosebank countless times they have tried helping me following up the order but the online call centre they keep promising that they'll resolve till today it's been more 6 months no action. What do I do please help me.
