Mr Price online shopping app/platform is USELESS

Do not ever make use of Mr Price online shopping platform...the worst ever. I bought R300 electricity from the app, my account was debited but I never received the token. They almost want to make me belief the amount never went off after I send them all the evidence and their own consultants confirmed that the system was faulty. They already made up their minds they are not going to credit my account. USELESS USELESS USELESS. And even the consultant that was helping me with this also had an attitude at first.
