Mr Price Online Shopping

We ordered from Mr Price online, money was deducted from the account but items were still in the cart. After several attempts of trying to reach them on all available platforms, we keep getting automated responses, now I have so many reference numbers and still no refund to the account and order still not processed. Checking at the reviews on here it seems I’m not the only one. Proof of payments emailed but no luck, if the was a zero rating I’d give them that, the service is appalling.
