Mr. Price online shopping

I received Mr. Price vouchers for my baby shower, 1st there was an error with voucher itself where it showed "no funds". After logging this query in Nov 2020, it was finally resolved April 2021. Now, I am 3 weeks post c- section and unable to go to shops, they advised that shop bought vouchers cannot be used for online shopping, they have deactivated the functionality. Really disappointed in the service from Mr Price, they are really not meeting the needs of customers and giving ***** the fault for deactivating the function is just a sorry excuse for inefficient processes. ☹☹☹
