MR Price Online shopping

The word angry does not even begin to describe what I am feeling right now , I made a purchase on the 25th and was advised that delivery would be made within 7 days , I received confirmation that my product was shipped from the 27th and I made a call on the 31st and was told online deliveries to stores take 7 business days and not calendar days which I understood , I was assured that I would receive my items on the 7th and upon calling in on the day Lungelo the consultant in Mr price online had said since I wasn't charged a delivery fee then MR price can deliver when they wish to ,I requested to speak to a manager and spoke to Mescaline who apologized for the agents behavior and was very nice to me and assured me that I would receive my products on the 8th morning , i called on the 8th which is today at 11 and was told they are on their way and now its 4pm and i am still getting run arounds. i am beyond angry at the level of service received i wish i never bought this online ,had i known i have to beg for things i bought with my hard earned money i wouldn't have bought them from MR price , this is purely my first time experiencing such a huge inconvenience from MR price i can't even calculate the amount of airtime i have spent calling them.... if this is how MR price treats paying clients , i promise this is the last cent i spend in MR price #unhappyClient ... Interesting how there was never a delay debiting money from my account but there seems to be a million problems with delivering
