Mr Price Online shopping

Never had this problem with online shopping ever! Ordered items from the mr price app on the 31/03/2021, the order went through, the order amount was deducted from my account, however after payment was made I received no order/tracking number and the items were still available in the cart. I have phoned, emailed, messaged (WhatsApp and via Facebook messenger) but since today nothing has been done! They keep on telling me they would get back to me but nothing ! They keep asking for proof of payment, which I mailed so many times but nothing has been done! I am so fed up.
