Mr price online service bad service

I placed an order online then I realized that they took too long to deliver my online order then I decided to cancel it, the store assisted me to call the online service for cancellation. Later on I realized that the same order was delivered. Went to store to tell them to cancel it as it's not of use anymore. The issue is that the shop try their level best to assist but the online service doesn't assist the store as the store is doing their best, all I want is for my money to be refunded into my account.
