Mr Price online purchase refund

I made a purchase at Mr Price online on 12 July 2021. I ended up making a double payment for the same order as the app did not process the order properly. I requested a refund on 14 July 2021. I followed up over their Whatsapp customer care platform over 20 times regarding my query of the refund. I have been promised by numerous consultants that my money will be refunded within 3 to 7 working days on numerous occasions. It is now 27 August 2021 and I have not received my refund.
