Mr Price - online purchase disappointment
I am posting for the 4th time. I receive a call once I have posted my complaint and never hear back again. I bought a few items online to the value of R630. Payment went off and I did not receive purchase notification. This transaction was in November 2020 and I am yet to receive my refund. I have emailed everything required from proof of payment to proof of bank account etc as well as corresponded on the WhatsApp help line. Where to from here Mr Price - this has been absolutely shocking.
