Mr price online purchase.

I don't know what is wrong with the website. Every time I try to to view my current order, it says "Oops! We've hit a bit of a snag here. Tap below and try again." My order has been shipped since last week and have not yet received any update on whether to collect it or not. I'm extremely disappointed and quite frustrated at this inconvenience. My order was due on the 10th of February, today is the 12th..and still nothing. I want my order!
