Mr price online orders absolutely disgusting

I placed an order online in advance so that I would be able to get it in time for when I would need it. It said three days, I gave it the full three days because I work in the customer industry and didn't want to be unreasonable. When it goto to the Wednesday and there was no packagr as well as no communication as to what the problem was I called to enquire. I was told I would be called back so I left it. Thursday there was o call back so I called in again because by this stage I was starting to worry about whether or not I would get this package in time. Sure let me call the courier we will call you back. Nobody calls back so I called again. More apologies and I will definitely get the package on Friday. Friday come I call because I don't trust you people at this stage to be telling me the truth. I work in Johannesburg where I pit the delivery address but I live in Pretoria and I lave work at 4, I need to know that I am going to get this now because by 4 there is no way and I live in Pretoria and I have already waited 2 days over the promised date. Not to mention every time I speak to a consultant I am told I was supposed to get this package on Monday the 16th. Yesterday I lost it because thus is for my daughter who now ha's absolutely nothing to wear this entire weekend. I was told yesterday at 5 that they would get the package sent to my closest Mr price, at my request and when this was confirmed I would go a confirmation sms. StembI did call me back yesterday but I now have no idea what the status of this is. Am I getting it today or not. I placed this order well in advance I aso dI'd not complain until it was passed my due date the lack of update drove me absolutely insane. I know I shouted at people who were not responsible but I told every one of them that u am not blaming you but I need this fixed. I sit here now with no resolution. In my industry I would have been forced to get this customer service immediately yesterday and yet here I am dissatisfied and my daughter without anything to wear. I wonder what options are left to me now
